This will be a post-1.0 release feature. Implement ability to "forward" the status of Source players to one or more clients or external services.

Now Playing functionality
- Listenbrainz Listenbrainz 'playing_now' Support #74
- Discord Rich Presence
Configurable disable/enable forwarding per source/client IE same as source/client configuration now but for now-playing
Configurable priority per now-playing client IE which source should have priority for now-playing status
