All relevant distributors base their EPG on TV-Anytime. Therefore, Frikanalen needs to generate and validate a TV-Anytime compliant EPG.

From a cursory reading the relevant meat of the specification seems to be here:

I am in contact with developers with experience trying to track down any libraries or validation tools that might be around.
