Hi @sanjesh1000, we are unable to reproduce this behavior on various browser and OS combinations. Could you try a couple of things for us?

  • Reloading the page with Ctrl-Shift-R, bypassing the browser cache?
  • Looking at your console output with Ctrl-Shift-J, to see if there are any JavaScript error messages?

Thanks,
Andy

I can still re-generate it on Chrome & Brave browsers.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. login > Settings > Identity Providers >Add OpenID Connect (new) > Click on Options > then click on Managed domains
  2. Now again clock on Options then Refresh the browser
  3. now click on the Managed Domains
