New Material Icons

We are now laying grounds for using Material Icons stylesheet throughout the framework.

Restructured CSS includes legacy stylesheet which will accommodate older styling for backwards compatibility.

The symbols now look clean and modern and are easy to use inline and in pseudo elements yet this comes with a package.

Old div background icons are used in plugins, mostly in plugins that add buttons to the map toolbar.

The glitch is that with CSS framework changes and current version of plugins we get a combination of old and new symbols

This is something that needs to be avoided. The contrast is just too striking.

Possible solution: plan a major version (maybe a round number) which includes CSS changes and plugin adjustments in a new directory in plugins repository.

That way we keep older apps with older plugins.

Agreed: work in parallel framework css + relevant plugin upgrades so that they can be reviewed and tested together in v4.13
