I've seen this intermittently, and there is no clear repro.

How to reproduce

  1. https://catalog-next.data.gov/

Expected behavior

List of datasets appear.

Actual behavior

No datasets found
There was an error while searching. Please try again.

One error that stand out, but might not be related on catalogbweb1p. I rebooted the instance so we can get better error messages.
