Dashboard fails to start dashboard-cfo-act-full-scan

We're receiving cron failure notifications in email. Cron fails to start the supervisor job with error:

dashboard-cfo-act-full-scan: ERROR (no such process)

We receive notifications for both production and staging environments.

How to reproduce

N/A

Expected behavior

No email is generated, dashboard-cfo-act-full-scan is running successfully as per schedule. Jobs logs are created under /var/log/dashboard.

Actual behavior

Email error notification is generated.

This also effects the non-full scan.

Inspected staging, the dashboard supervisor config is not getting read. The filename should end in .conf. Will submit a hotfix.
