Provide a version that does not include the Tesseract-OCR plugin

It is hoped that a version without the Tesseract-OCR plugin will be provided, as the current compressed package size is too large and due to the slow download speed of github.com in China, downloading has become very painful. It is hoped that it can be uploaded in two packages with an additional EliteSpeedrunTool_without_OCR_plugin.zip to meet the needs of users who do not require enemy kill counts.
