local led-strip (h619c) status always on/off, but never unavailable (power off)

Let me start saying: Thanks for the integration!

As described in the title:
the status op my led strip (h619c) is always on/off (last state that is was), even if the power is completely off.
I can even switch it on/off in HA when not connected/powered.
All other lights turn to 'unavailable' when disconnected from network/powered-off.
Very confusing.

HA Core 2024.8.1
HA OS 12.4
Govee lights local integration (new setup, detection went smooth, no problems whatsoever.) 1 device showed 1 entitie. (no other entities like LQI are found, but i guess thats normal)
