For PyKrige 1.7, GSTools 1.4 needs to be released: https://github.com/GeoStat-Framework/GSTools/milestone/14

This affects:

GSTools: support latlon models for geographic coordinates #245
Build: update setuptools config, package structure and CI #242 (pinv2 bug -> re-enable gstools tests)
