Update Default Config for Gerard Bauzil Room

Hello,

I've noticed that the default configuration for the Gerard Bauzil room is no longer valid.

I tried using the given IP (140.93.16.160) but the ROS node doesn't manage to connect to the Qualisys system.
I checked the IP of the machine and it is now 140.93.1.100. After updating the IP address, everything functioned as expected.

Additionally, I observed an issue in the information streamed in this file:

Line 87 in 6c68e9a

ROS_INFO_STREAM("QualisysToRos::connect(): Connected successfully");

If the connection times out, the success message will still be displayed prior to the shutdown of the node.
I believe this is not desirable and could lead to some confusion when using the node.
