How would I remove the green background from the above video and replace with transparency in GIF?

I've tried the below command:

.\greenremover.sh 'ezgif-2-c9fa1b4f74.mp4' 'removegreen.gif' 20 1234

and the script runs and outputs the gif, but the green is still there?
