Response from oxAuth server is randomly returning different output.

How to reproduce:

We were able to create the bad behavior on a system that behaved correctly by raising the number of oxauth pods from 1 to 4. Now one of the 4 pods is reliably behaving wrong.

Proposed solution:

Use custom web.xml that resolve the correct order of filters.
