Upgrade project setup to Android API Level 33

Up to this commit, I updated the original gnucash-android to Androidx and SDK 33. All codes still in Java.

As noted in the Readme:

Due to compile errors, at the moment a couple OwnCloud functionalities are disabled. Also, a couple
routines under androidTest module are turned off.

There is an issue of duplicate class regarding apache common-logging when building apk. At the moment, I manually removed the class from external library org.slf4j:jcl-over-slf4j:1.7.36. Since the external libraries
are collected at one's build environment, if anyone clones this package, he needs to do it similarly on his build.

The debug app runs fine so far on my phone.
