Es wurde vorgeschlagen, Länderportale ggü. der GDI-de bei Dubletten eine höhere Priorisierung beim Harvesting einzuräumen. Bislang regelt Konvention 40 das Mapping im Bezug auf die Dublettenprüfung. Bei Einführung der Priorisierung kann die Konvention gestrichen werden
