Explore default filter pagination to use the last selected value (so if you change to all, it stays at all), but default to all.

Update the /reports/inventory_adjustments report:

Add summary of total items on that page and total value on that page
Ensure value of items transferred should be from the time of transfer, not the time of the report
Add new internal and external transferred
Change "Transfers" to "Legacy Transfers"

Additional Changes

Remove purchase option from inventory stock page
Leave old transfers as vanilla "Transfer" but rename "Legacy Transfer"
Add Internal and External Transfer options for stock page
Hide "Legacy Transfer" as an option so old transfers will still be marked as that for records, but new ones will specify internal vs external
