Tree Tracker app crashes after hitting Next button on Organization page.

The Tree Tracker app crashes or either stops working after hitting the next button on the organization page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Tree Tracker (test) app on Android
2. Allow tree tracker to take pictures and record audio
3. Allow tree tracker access to device location
4. Select track button on home screen
5. Select the Noel prude button and hit the Next button
6. Select the Noel approved button and hit the next button
7. On the organization page select we hope button then select next

Expected behavior
The Capture page is displayed.

I just reproduced this three times with the new build #193.

Able to reproduce multiple times today on Samsung 22+ Android 12.
