Docky popups and skype notifications are on top of lua lock #3

Steps to reproduce:

Open docky. Start lualock. If then move mouse in place where docky is placed, baloons with application names are shown.
Select someone who is online in your skype contact list. Send something provocative to him. Quickly open lualock. When reply comes, it will be shown on top of lualock.

I'm using lualock at commit 4951004
