Current behavior

vvisp is only for Ethereum

Expected behavior

Support Klaytn also

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

To support all EVM based blockchain, Klaytn is the next step.

vvisp version: v1.1.0

- Node version: v11.12.0
- Operating system: Mac OSX
