Tech Report: focus on the new technology input field when adding another one

After clicking the "Add another technology" button, I'd like to immediately start typing to search for a new technology. That would require moving focus from the button to the input. Any a11y concerns with that? Otherwise I think it'd be a nice ergonomic improvement.
