CPU YARN queue monitoring cloudera + long running jobs

Hi Hari,

you have helped to develop the working queue monitoring (issue #241). There were issues with SSL and the API change, from your original script.

Is it possible for you to also provide a similar script for queue monitoring but not RAM usage but CPU usage (number of Vcores used)? We it turnes out we also have sometimes CPU intensive jobs blocking the cluster, where the RAM usage does not show any issues.

Additionally, would it be possible to make the script: check_hadoop_yarn_long_running_apps.py working for the same ENV? (so SSL issue etc).

I'm not really focusing on this tech right now and don't have capacity to work on this so it'll stay on the backlog for the foreseeable future unless anyone wants to create a pull request with code for it.
