Need to change the catkin_make file to properly link library on these packages

I finally came across https://github.com/ros-drivers/prosilica_gige_sdk -- I think this might be a way to address the issue and support the arch-specific linkages when cross compiling

Ros stopped building i386 in Lunar, btw. I think we should stop trying to support it all together
