Changing colors and holding down apps.

I am not entirely sure whether you can already do this, but it would be nice if one could change the colour of the highlights(e.g. the dot on springboard, dialogues when holding an app).

It would also be nice if one could do more when holding down on an app, like uninstall it, view info about it or open it in settings. The uninstall feature is crucial for someone like me who installs and uninstalls apps quite often.
