Bad download URL and posible invalid models...

I detected:

• Some invalids URL (from Readme.md on each folder (last URL on file): models/xxx-xx/README.md (maybe a temporary issue):

And when converting to ct8 using this command, I have a few crashes (the first seems to be a vocab problem).

I don't test all language pairs.
