[Feature] Add FactionsUUID mod only channel

Proposed Feature Description:

I would like to be able to have a formatted mod-only channel for factions of FactonsUUID plugin, like we have for alliance, faction and truce now!

Proposed Feature Functionality:

It is kind of self-explanatory, however it would be like a sub-channel of factionsuuid-factionchat which is visible to only moderators of the factions (of course to admins and owner too).
