[Feature] Minecord integration

Proposed Feature Description:

I would love to see Minecord integration so that chats - at least in global - would be sent through to discord. Minecord is a larger Minecraft - Discord bridge for Fabric with a 1.20 release totaling around 282k downloads on curseforge. On Modrinth the numbers are much smaller however.

Proposed Feature Functionality:

Ideally, we would optionally be able to assign a channel to each Carbon channel in minecraft. I don't know how realistic that is however so even just global chat being transferred to minecraft via minecord would be lovely.
