As pointed out by @alebcay in #19116, the directory structure we use when running
brew testsdoesn't quite mimic a regular installation. This PR modifies the test structure to more closely match.Specifically, some of the directories that usually live under
HOMEBREW_PREFIX/var/homebrewwere, instead, siblings to the prefix. Now, they go in the correct places. The cellar directory also defaulted to being a prefix sibling, but now goes in the regularHOMEBREW_PREFIX/Cellardirectory.Some directories (like the cache, logs, and temp directories) don't necessarily fall under the prefix, so I've left those as siblings like before.
