Filter incidents by status

🚀 Feature Proposal

When viewing the incidents list, I'd like the ability to filter the labs by their status.

There should be a dropdown that has a list of possible incident statues and when I select an element from that list, it should be filter the list of incidents to whatever was selected.

By default only reported incidents should show in the list.
