Write outputs in several topics

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

We want the streams to be able to write in several topics (based on conditions). This means we have to rewrite the different Sinks we have (Kafka, EventHub, Mqtt, AMQP, ..). Or do it at the level of engine if that brings more potential. This has to be explored. The cleaner, the better.
