Hi, Thank you for creating this awesome extension, I love this extension.

Currently, I am using Highlight extension to highlight TODOs and FIXMEs but "crane" overrides "Highlight's" TODO styling, which looks a bit weird. Please add config option to disable "crane's" TODO styling.
