Change 'No' for sys:info:patches to 'Unknown' #8

Sometimes the app/etc/applied.patches.list might not be available or the patch was applied manually, thereby omitting the lines in app/etc/applied.patches.list. The sys:info:patches command will now say 'No" while a certain patch might be installed after all. Suggestion to change this to 'Unknown' and add this explanation to the command if 'Unknown' occurs in the table.
