Ensure script can detect when wallet is not in sync with CA instance

Situations can happen where the file system contains wallets for identities of a previously provisioned network. This can be easily detected when the ca cert on the file system does not match the one from the CA server.

In those cases, the script can either:

1. Delete the wallet and nodes folders
2. Stop the script to preserve the identities
