We need to add MR encoding operators for simulation and reconstruction.

List of operators

Bloch response operator: returns signal intensity for a given MR sequence and set of tissue properties (e.g., T1, T2).
Spatial encoding operator: transform between image and k-space.
Coil sensitivity operator: account for simultaneous detection by multiple RF coils.
MultiFrequency: wraps Spatial encoding to account for errors induced by signal decay and dephasing during readout.
