ISO19111/2019 references the ontology from 19107/2019, which is absent online

Hi, working with ISO geospatial ontologies detected that version 2019 of ISO19111, namely, iso19111/ReferencingByCoordinates, ISO19111/Coordinates, iso19111/CoordinateOperations references https://def.isotc211.org/iso19107/2019/CoordinateDataTypes and https://def.isotc211.org/iso19107/2019/Geometry, which are absent online at the official site and here in GitHub. Does it mean ISO19107/2003 is equivalent to ISO19107/2019? If not - is it possible to have a link to that ontology - iso19107/2019/CoordinateDataTypes? Thanks.
