Subscribe to `Bearer was successfully authenticated` in webapi #186

I have some custom logic I want to run after the bearer token is authenticated, but before the controller is initiated.

In the logs I see the following log entry

IdentityModel.AspNetCore.OAuth2Introspection.OAuth2IntrospectionHandler|AuthenticationScheme: Bearer was successfully authenticated.

How do I subscribe to this event so that I can call my custom logic immediately after?
