Depends on #75. Use itk.meshread, itk.meshwrite to read write itk.PointSet's for registration.

We can save to .iwm.cbor with itk-webassemblyinterface.

We can save to NGFF tables following InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKIOOMEZarrNGFF#30.
