6.0.5 WFR4e v7.x compatibility

This patch release removes the maximum system compatibility constraint to support installing with WFRP4e 7.x. This maintains compatibility FVTT v10 and FVTT v11. This release is expected to be the last version of GM Toolkit to support FVTT v10 and versions of WFRP4e prior to v7.

• Addresses install compatibility for GM Toolkit under WFRP4e v7.x Can´t activate GMToolkit 6.0.4 with WFRP4e 7.0.1 #241
• Bump word-wrap from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4 #238
• Update Discord handle
