Critical changes from this release are

• minimum compatibility raised to FVTT v11.315 from FVTT v10 (primarily as a result of change from nedb to leveldb format compendia).
• minimum system compatibility raised to WFRP4e v7.1.5 to support changes to, eg, roll dialogs.

This release includes contributions from

• @Forien: automated advantage fixes, including
  • compatibility with Token Hud Action WFRPe to not gainadvantage when opposed roll should not
  • fix for players not getting advantage
• @doumoku: updated Japanese translations

This release also include:

• updates to Group Test to support delegated group tests:
  • if the GM opts to "Bypass Roll Dialog", then selected active players will be presented with a roll dialog to make their own roll
• Group Test defaults to system default difficulty when bypassed and delegated
• fix for incorrect automated advantage notification when not in combat

A couple of potential issues/anomalies with the delegated roll dialog:

• when bypassing roll dialog, summary rolls may not always present with full results if the GM completes the last roll before players.
• default system difficulty is only applied when bypassing and delegating. In the future this may apply to GM bypassed rolls, and if the difficulty is set in the Group Test dialog before delegating rolls, this might be transferred to bypassed rolls.
• the release has not been fully tested with the effect refactor, but I'm not expecting this to have any effect on GM Toolkit functionality.
