Feature Request: Remember size and mode of application window #40

It would be very nice if TerraCustom would launch in the same mode (fullscreen/maximized/windowed) and window size it was when it last closed. Currently it always opens in fullscreen which is rather annoying.

I thought I forced it to always launch in windowed mode, are you sure it's launching full screen for you?

Oh yeah, very very sure lol

I am on a dual monitor setup, so that might have something to do with it, but TML and vanilla Terarria both have a video settings area where I set them to be windowed and they always launch windowed.
