Get Queue By Name not working for Fifo Queue #8

It would be great if AWSSQS.sqs_get_queue would allow to pass in an ARN or queue url. Using the name doesn't seem to be working for me for my FIFO queue. Allowing these other fields to be supplied seems like it would make things more robust.

Are you sure that the aws_config has the region configured correctly to the the region in which the queue exists?
