Can't cache if some arguments don't have type hints:

@cacheable Minute(1) function fn(one, two::Int)::Nothing end
ERROR: LoadError: type Symbol has no field args

Arguments with type hints and default values also fail

@cacheable Minute(1) function fn(one::Int, two::Int = 2)::Nothing end
ERROR: syntax: invalid keyword argument name "two::Int"
