It just redirects to pkg.julialang.org

Also if you hunt it down there
this it doesn't have all the contents.
It just has docstrings
https://pkg.julialang.org//docs/MultivariateStats/l7I74/0.6.0/autodocs/

Where as we actually have good docs
it is just in sphinx or some such
e.g.

https://github.com/JuliaStats/MultivariateStats.jl/blob/master/docs/source/kpca.rst
