Stable documenter docs are not building

The dev badge works, stable doesn't. Maybe there's an issue with documenter keys?

A new version need to be released to trigger a new documentation build.

I'm preparing for a point release, because there were some substantial changes.

I love some of the features in the dev branch. What are the remaining roadblocks for making a release? I can't promise anything, but there's always a chance that some of us might find ways to pitch in.

Mainly, it's documentation refactoring - moving rts docs to docstrings.
