php integration with wordpress woocommerce

Hi sorry this might seem very basic and probably annoying but im having some issues with integrating this api. So i know i need to call the required files which have been done but where are the files being uploaded for testing? .. the sandbox link redirects to the docs section and its really frustrating. Basically I am trying to use your api to allow for fundraisers to create a fundraising page without having to leave the site. I have seen various codes online but they all seem to do different things.

Any advice on this will be very useful. Is it best to use the php option or the javascript files?
