Question: How to Change Default Media Picker

I had removed Simple Gallery Pro in favor of Fossify Gallery, but when I tapped the Add File button in KurobaEx, there were multiple app options that came up and I accidentally tapped the system file manager instead. I've looked through the settings, but cannot find how to unhook that from being the default, so that I can select Fossify Gallery instead.

Is there an easy way to do this? I may be missing it, but I can't seem to find any "proper" documentation on how to use or configure this app beyond the very basics.
