Make songs downloadable as mp3- oh wait, this doesn't come here lol. My pain is that my pocket radio has mp3 feature, but doesn't support m4a, and converting would take ages

There are online converters. Idk if there's API or something. I'm not a dev lol sorry. They might help if you can't get it directly as mp3

Use bulk renaming tool to change extension of multiple files present in folder to mp3.if it works . until this feature comes

Caution!: Changing the extension doesn't change the actual audio format

I know I know NCH software might have bulk format tool for it, I might check

I'd vote against that.
Opens doors to be sued by studios.
Keep the current workaround to stay in the clear and focus on the way more important issues.
