https://github.com/KadeDev/Kade-Engine/blob/stable/docs/building.md follow this to compile it. If you have all of this already, click the file button on the top left of explorer and click open windows powershell as administrator, and type "lime (Build or test depending on if you're making a mod and just need to test it) windows (-debug for if you need to test). If you don't want to do this just download a pre-compiled kade engine

I'm not on my windows laptop right now, so I used your image to show where the file button is. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE ANOTHER FOLDER SELECTED WHEN YOU OPEN POWERSHELL OR IT WILL NOT BUILD, IT NEEDS PROJECT.XML IN THE FOLDER TO BUILD. I've kept folders accidentally clicked and it does nothing other than waste a few seconds of time. If you open powershell with another folder clicked, just close powershell click the correct folder or deselect the folder you have selected and open powershell again.
