If you have issues with your resolution being stuck at lower than native, your image is blurry, or you have some sort of input issues, try the fix below. Right click the ghostrunner exe, go to properties > Compatibility tab > Change high DPI settings > Override [...] > Application.
Apply same fix for <Steam location>\steamapps\common\Ghostrunner\Ghostrunner\Binaries\Win64\Ghostrunner-Win64-Shipping.exe
Also disable game bar as well as disable Windows 10 game mode in Windows settings.
