VkPhysicalDeviceProperties2KHR::properties.limits.minMemoryMapAlignment is checked as max requirement, but it should be a min requirement as stated in https://registry.khronos.org/vulkan/specs/1.3-extensions/html/vkspec.html#limits-required.
