これを使うと、通常のワールドSpaceとUserLocalSpaceでhand(レーザー)位置がずれます
LocalSpaceのレーザーがコントローラーとアバターの手の位置からだいぶ下になっちゃう

スケーリング有効にしてユーザースケールを変更するとレーザー位置が変わってしまいます
