Do I have to use app.py with my caffemodel and prototxt??
How I use py-TensorRT?

Sorry, but I have a Pascal GPU . can I execute it?

detectnet-camera and the other dirs that I saw are in Jetson-Inference, and as I could see Jetson pack it isn't compatible,
